We are excited to announce the appointment of Nicksen Sivongsa as the new Club Director of VolleyFX. Nicksen has been an integral part of our organization for the past five years, serving as the Assistant Director and making significant contributions to the growth and success of VolleyFX. His experience and dedication to our mission make him the perfect candidate to lead us into the future.

During his time with VolleyFX, Nicksen has not only excelled in his role as the Assistant Director but has also coached at various levels. As an Assistant Coach at St. John Fisher College, he played a vital role in the team's achievements, helping them secure conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances.

Additionally, Nicksen has made a significant impact at the high school level as an Assistant Coach at both Victor High School and Gates Chili High School. Nicksen's ability to connect with athletes and foster their development has been instrumental in creating a culture of excellence within these programs.

As Nicksen assumes the role of Club Director, we have full confidence in his leadership abilities, vision, and commitment to the values that VolleyFX upholds. His extensive experience within our organization, coupled with his outstanding coaching skills, will undoubtedly propel VolleyFX to new heights. We're excited to announce Laura Thiele as the new Assistant Director!

Laura has spent the last ten years as a Varsity Head Coach at Webster Thomas High School, where her leadership and guidance have made a great impact on her players. She is known for her passion for the game and her commitment to player development, both of which will be instrumental to her new role with us. Laura has also been coaching at VolleyFX for the past eight years, working with various age groups ranging from 12u to 18u in her club experience. This experience highlights her ability to adapt her coaching style to meet the needs of players at different stages of their athletic journeys, a skill that will be a great asset to volleyfx.
